If you’ve attended a webinar on The Wire 3.0 or are a power user looking to make the most of your e-Newsletter, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Bracey Bethea. Bracey has held many roles during her time here at 3 Birds—intern, Digital Facilitator, Digital Strategist—but one thing has stayed the same: she delivers exceptional results with a smile.
One of Bracey’s greatest strengths is her adaptability, which is a great fit for her role. “There is no typical day,” she says. Her responsibilities include providing client support, testing new and existing product features, and guiding her team of Digital Facilitators to generally provide a better digital experience for our users.
Bracey’s work with 3 Birds began while she was still earning her BS of Business Administration at North Carolina State University, putting in hours as an Account team intern. Today she’s grateful for the insights that role—and her progression in the company since then—has afforded her. In addition to getting a broader view of the company early on, she also had the opportunity to work with the members of various departments outside of her comfort zone.
That early collaboration actually helped Bracey discover a new interest: product development. While getting to know The Wire 3.0, she began providing input on consumer experience and usability that contributed to shaping the product. Today she is a important voice during the brainstorming and feature-testing phases of every new Wire 3.0 app.
Bracey’s contributions to 3 Birds may be too numerous to list here, but for all of our clients whom she’s helped, they need no further explanation. We’re proud and honored to have her as a part of our team.
