There’s a reason that almost all of Chip Reed’s client base has been with us for over a year (and some even longer). With his careful planning, attention to detail, and winning sense of humor, Chip is a pro at helping dealers set and achieve their goals.
“I’m proud of all the client relationships that I’ve maintained for so long,” Chip says. “I enjoy helping my clients understand the results of their marketing activities, and working with them to strategize on how to make their campaigns even more effective in the future.”
Chip’s specific responsibilities vary from day to day, which helps to keep things interesting. From planning campaigns to building newsletters, Chip brings his passion to every task he takes on.
One of the biggest parts of his role is providing detailed reporting and analysis to his clients, helping them turn their extensive customer data into new opportunities. Chip enjoys this chance to show the true value of 3 Birds’ marketing efforts to his clients, and he’s excited about the possibilities on the horizon in 2016 with a slate of new products and services.
Chip’s interests outside of work are just as varied. He’s an avid supporter of both the Virginia Tech and Florida State athletic departments – his undergrad and postgrad alma maters, respectively. Chip also enjoys Shark Week (in fact, he once considered becoming a marine biologist), live music, and visiting local breweries.
The two latter activities are part of why Chip is such a fan of 3 Birds’ Chapel Hill location. “Even though it’s not a huge city, there’s still a lot to do,” he says. “It’s also a practical location for our business because there are so many great universities in the area.”
In 2016, Chip is looking forward to celebrating his fourth anniversary with 3 Birds and helping his clients take advantage of the newest marketing trends. That’s great news for us, and great news for the customers that he’s been delighting for years.
